Faisal® Shipping Policy

Welcome to Faisal®! We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for all your heating needs. Please review our comprehensive shipping policy to ensure clarity and satisfaction with your order.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed instantly upon submission.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping method:

  • Free Shipping: Delivery within 10–15 business days.

Note: As of November 6th, 2024, all heated items and their upgraded batteries are shipped through special pure battery shipping lines. This ensures that jackets and batteries can be shipped together safely and efficiently. However, this process may extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates due to additional handling and regulatory requirements.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.


Address Accuracy

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.
  • Orders are processed instantly, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.
  • If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Delivery Locations

Faisal® ships to the continental United States and internationally to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you provide a P.O. Box address, we will email you to confirm how to proceed.

  • If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will ship your order as planned to avoid further delays.
  • If necessary, a valid street address may need to be provided to complete delivery.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Certain states, such as Alaska, and other regions with shipping restrictions on batteries may experience additional shipping limitations. If your order includes batteries and falls under these restrictions, we will email you to confirm how to proceed.

  • If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will ship your order as planned to avoid further delays.
  • The jacket itself can be powered by any portable power bank or battery, including those designed to charge phones.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status through your Faisal® account on our website.


Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information for updates. If you need further assistance, contact Faisal® Customer Support at support@shopfaisal.com.
  • For missing or damaged packages, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and any supporting details so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Faisal® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Faisal® offers international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or additional charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.


Refunds and Exchanges

At Faisal®, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, as these are beyond our control. 

Our team ensures orders are processed and handed off to shipping carriers promptly. Once in transit, delivery timelines depend on carrier logistics, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. Unfortunately, these factors are not within our control.

Additionally, while we understand the importance of timely deliveries for birthdays, holidays, or special events, unforeseen carrier delays do not qualify as valid reasons for refunds or returns. We encourage customers to place orders well in advance of these occasions to account for potential delays.

This policy ensures consistency and fairness while helping customers plan effectively.
